Nutrient Management Services

We offer nutrient management services that include soil sampling, tissue sampling, and nutrient management planning.

Soil Sampling

We collect soil samples and submit them to an accredited laboratory for analysis to support informed nutrient management decisions.

Post-harvest soil samples are collected in accordance with the BC AEM Code. Based on the results, we provide a report that evaluates the nutrient management decisions made during the season, using both agronomic and environmental standards. This service supports nutrient management planning for upcoming seasons and fulfills the AEM Code’s soil sampling requirements.

We are certified nutrient management planners with the BC Ministry of Agriculture and can work with you to develop a nutrient management plan tailored to your farm.

Tissue Sampling

We currently offer tissue sampling for crops including potatoes and blueberries.  For potatoes, this service includes weekly plant tissue collection from the hooking stage through early senescence. Plant tissue is analyzed for key macro- and micronutrients, with results used to help optimize amendment timing and application rates.

Let’s grow together.
